c. Kaimuki Business and Professional Association (KBPA) 65th Annual Christmas Parade, Thursday, December 1, 2011. Request for Board support of parade, to include partial closure to Waialae Avenue from St. Louis School (3rd Avenue) to Koko Head Avenue ö Daniel Yokoo, President, KBPA, and Lydia Chock, Past President, KBPA.

d. Noise Concerns Related to Industrial-Grade Generator & Air Conditioning Equipment on Alohea Avenue Residential Property owned by Time Warner/Oceanic ö Michael Goodish, Vice President, Engineering; Met Lebar, Director, Transmission Systems
