Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports to three (3) minutes or less. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda.

All written testimony must be received in the Neighborhood Commission Office 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Filling of Vacant Board Seats: There is one (1) vacancy in the Kaimuki Neighborhood Board No. 4. The one (1) vacancy represents Subdistrict 1: East Kaimuki and Business District. Residents interested in filling a vacant Board seat must bring current proof of residency to the Board meeting.

9.1 There will be a special meeting of the Kaimuki Neighborhood Board No. 4 held on Thursday, May 28, 2015, 5:00 p.m. at the Kaimuki Christian Church, Fellow Hall located at 1117 Koko Head Avenue for the Permitted Interaction Group (PIG) final report and discussion with government representatives and other interested groups concerning urban planning and future of Kaimuki.

9.2 The next regular meeting of the Kaimuki Neighborhood Board No. 4 will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, 7:00 p.m. at the Kaimuki Christian Church, Fellowship Hall located on 1117 Koko Head Avenue.
