Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports less than three (3) minutes. Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. Nominee or volunteer living in the district/subdistrict of the vacancy will need to be verified by the Neighborhood Commission Office during a short recess and then to be sworn in upon approval of the Board

6. PRESENTATION: Learning to Computer Code; Samantha Kimsey; Computational Thinkers Program Director [five (5) minutes]. Offering female board members and female members of the community to attend a Free Workshop for beginners to learn how to build their first fully functional website

A. Vote on the approval of the Wednesday, November 11, 2015, Regular Meeting Minutes

B. Vote to approve Board Letter regarding Traffic Safety on Pālolo Avenue. Residents requests that vehicle traffic calming measures be installed on Pālolo Avenue on both sides of the Kilihune Place/Pa'alea Street intersection. (Seeking Board Member Lead)

C. Discussion of Quarterly Information Theme: Safety

D. Creation of board committees:

i. Proposal of Sub-district neighborhood watch committee (seeking committee chair)

E. Proposal of Pālolo Pride essay contest and incentivization (seeking committee chair)

F. Seeking nominations for Pālolo Neighborhood Board No. 6 Parliamentarian

A. The Pālolo Neighborhood Board's Next Regular Meeting is Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Pālolo Elementary School Cafeteria. Please join us for a holiday potluck!

B. Bulky Trash Pick-Up -- Take out no-earlier-than one day before Wednesday, December 16, 2015 (third Wednesday of every month) to preserve the beauty of the valley

C. Farmers' Market -- Every Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. - 7:20 a.m. at Pālolo District Park
