Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports less than three (3) minutes. 6. PRESENTATIONS:

A. Department of Transportation (DTS) Public Transit Title VI Program: In order to determine if public transit services are provided in a non-discriminatory manner, DTS must report to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). This presentation will provide information on the FTA Title VI Program report contents which include: public transit service standards, policies and procedures, and the Title VI complaint process. DTS will also host a public hearing for the 2016 Title VI Program on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. -- 11:30 a.m. at the Mission Memorial Hearings Room.

B. Blue Zone Project Selection Process: Selected communities will gain access to national expertise and a dedicated team of local resources to plan for and implement long-term, evidence-based changes that support healthier, more active lifestyles and lead to measurable improvements in overall well-being. B. Bulky Trash Pick-Up -- Take out no-earlier-than one day before Wednesday, March 16, 2016 (third Wednesday of every month) to preserve the beauty of the valley.

C. Farmers' Market -- Every Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. - 7:20 a.m. at Pālolo District Park
