Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. Kaimuki Business and Professional Association (KBPA) and EnVision Kaimuki are supporting Small Business Saturday on November 25, 2017. Information will be at Kaimuki Park along with some entertainment. There will be valet parking at Liliu’okalani School, Kaimuki High School and at the Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR) parking lot on 12th Avenue and a trolley circulating from KokoHead to Kaimuki High School from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
B. Reminder – the Kaimuki Christmas Parade will be on Thursday, December 7, 2017 starting at 6:00 p.m.
C. This board will recess for December and the next regular Board Meeting will be Wednesday, January 17, 2018, Kaimuki Christian Church, Fellowship Hall 7:00 p.m.
