HEALTHY VEGETARIAN COOKING CLASS

March 18, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Learn to cook two delicious vegan recipes with local ingredients! Sisi Kong and Madeline Kammerer will be demonstrating how to make two plant-based recipes: Flaxseed Crackers with Hummus and Salted Caramel Bliss Balls. Limited supplies of samples and recipe handouts will be given to those in attendance.

Location: Meeting Room (Ground Floor)

This program is sponsored by the Friends of Kaimuki Public Library.

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library at least 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.

About Kaimuki Public Library

Library Cards
You may apply for a library card at any Hawaii public library. The initial card is FREE for Hawaii residents. Cards are also free for military personnel and their dependents with a copy of orders. The resident card replacement fee is $5.00. Resident library cards must be renewed every five years. There is no charge for the renewal.

She has traveled to different parts of the world to discover great food, and has been inspired to cook with multi-ethnic flavors. Come to the demonstration and taste some of the delicious samples.
