(Parking available on the street, in the Church parking lots, Kaimuki Library or the Municipal parking lots)
Candidates from the State Senate Districts 9 and 10, State House Districts 19 and 20, City Council District 5, and Honolulu Mayor have been invited to participate in this forum. Each candidate will be given 5 minutes to give a presentation. There will be time available after the forum to meet and greet the public. Please contact: Lyle G. Any individual wishing to attend a Neighborhood Board meeting who has questions about accommodations for a physical disability or a special physical need should call the NCO at 768-3710 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at least 24-hours before the scheduled meeting.

Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda.

Vacant Board Seats: There are two (2) vacancies on the Board. One (1)
vacancy in Subdistrict 1, East Kaimuki and Business District, and one (1)
vacancy in Subdistrict 3, West Kaimuki. Residents interested in filling a vacant
board seat must bring current proof of residency at the Board
meeting.

Kanikapila will be on Saturday, November 3, 2012 and the Kaimuki
Christmas Parade will be on Thursday, December 6, 2012. A presentation will be
made at the next Board meeting.

The next meeting of the Kaimuki Neighborhood Board will be October 17, 2012,
7:00 p.m. at the Kaimuki Christian Church, Fellowship Hall, 1117 Koko Head
Avenue.
