Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports to 3 minutes or less. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda.

1. Call to Order: Chair Pro Tem Lyle Bullock.

2. Election of Officers to server from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. The officers to be elected are the Chair, the Vice Chair, a Secretary, and a Treasurer.

3. Meeting Determination -- Date/Time/Location (August 2013 to June 2014)

4. Determination of Board Recess Schedule (August 2013 to June 2014)

5. Facility Use Rental Fee and other Board Expenses

6. Filling of Vacant Board Seats: There are four (4) vacancies on the Board. Two (2) vacancies in Subdistrict 1, East Kaimuki and Business District. One vacancy (1) in Subdistrict 2, Maunalani Hts. & Wilhelmina Rise. One (1) vacancy in Subdistrict 3, West Kaimuki. Residents interested in filling a vacant board seat must bring current proof of residency at the Board meeting.

7.3 Board of Water Supply (BWS)
