Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

A. Discussion of requested input from Neighborhood Commission Office concerning the number of board members and whether we should have At-Large seats.
B. Formation of Permitted Interaction Group (PIG) to help support Kaimuki as an Age Friendly Community. Co-chaired by Calvin Hara and Pamela Chow.
C. Board Participation in the Kaimuki Business and Professional Association Christmas Parade on December 6, 2018

VIII. ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. The Kaimuki Business and Professional Association Christmas Parade is on Thursday, December 6, 2018 starting at 6:00 p.m. at Chaminade University/St. Louis High School, ending at KokoHead Avenue.
B. Support Kaimuki's small businesses on Small Business Saturday, November 24, 2018 the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
C. There is a Primary Urban Core Development Plan update on November 7, 2018 at McKinley High School. Please check the website https://www.pucdp.com/.
D. The next regular Board Meeting will be Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at Kaimuki Christian Church, Fellowship Hall, 7:00 p.m.
