Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS
A. Anna Pruitt is a graduate student at UH Manoa and has a survey out about Homelessness. A flyer is on the table with information and a link to take the survey.
B. Parking meter rates are going up to $3.00 per hour in the Urban Core and Waikiki and outside of the core to $1.50 hour. –This affects Kaimuki???s Waialae Avenue, KokoHEad Avenue and 12th Avenue.
C. EnVision Kaimuki is moving forward with its “Adopt-a-Tree Planter” project. They are looking to have businesses or groups or individuals to cooedinate with EnVision Kaimuki and the city to
to replant one of the tree planters along Waialae between Kokohead and 11th Avenue.
D. Reminder Notice: Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K race is coming up on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Kapiolani Park and the Na Wahine Festival will be on July 29, 2019 also at Kapiolani Park.
E. The next regular Board Meeting will be Wednesday,March 20, 2019, at Kaimuki Christian Church, Fellowship Hall, 7:00 p.m.
