Hoku's is pulling out all the stops for their Thanksgiving culinary journeys. The brunch buffet features a plethora of chilled seafood, sushi, sashimi and tempura, as well as classic breakfast favorites. Buffet main courses include Peking Duck, Hoku's Turkey, Thanksgiving Rib Roast, Rack of Lamb and Jumbo Shrimp Scampi Style. Hoku's Thanksgiving dinner is a 5-course masterpiece including Snapper Ceviche, Fried Seafood Raviolo, Chilled Truffle Butternut Squash Soup, Chilean Seabass, Turkey Roulade and Pumpkin Chocolate Crémeux, all with wine pairings available.
