Announcement: For those wishing to speak who are not already on the agenda, please fill out a Community Concern form at the front desk and turn it in to the Neighborhood Assistant. Please silence all electronic devices.
Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are urged to keep their comments respectful and under three (3) minutes. And, all those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes, unless otherwise noted.
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (10) of this 15-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

II. FILLING OF VACANCIES ON BOARD:
A. There are two (2) vacancies: Subdistrict 1 (Saint Louis Heights) and Subdistrict 2 (Kapahulu).
Residents interested in filling the vacant board seat must bring current proof of residence and present themselves to the Neighborhood Assistant BEFORE the Board meeting starting at 6:30 pm. Term commencing Thursday, January 9, 2020 and ending Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Proof of residence will consist of a current Driver License or State ID with a current address or a utility bill in residents name with current address.
