Rules for Virtual Participation: All participants will be muted by the moderator. You will be recognized by “raising your hand” to be recognized by the chair. You can also write comments and questions in the chat box which we can address.

Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds (2/3) vote eight (8) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

Covid-19: As a courtesy, please comply with social distancing of six (6) feet whenever and wherever possible to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Mask/facial coverings are required at all times while in attendance within the facility and practicing social distancing when possible in compliance with municipal orders. Please keep your masks on while speaking into the microphones.

D. Update on the 6” curb reveal restoration and repaving of Sierra Drive, Wilhelmina Rise and upper Sierra Drive/Maunalani Circle: The City expects to advertise on schedule by April 2022. For more details see letter at the above link.

E. Revisiting 12th Avenue Promenade: We are hoping to schedule a meeting for the community to revisit this proposal as a follow up to our Resolution of support that was submitted in September, 2020. We would be looking for community input, comments and concerns. See Sketches and ideas at the above link.
