Meeting Decorum: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand in person. When recognized by the Committee Chair, please address comments to the Chair and the Committee. All dialogue at the meeting will be conducted by use of the microphone. The public concerns and comments are limited to two (2) minutes each. Please demonstrate courtesy and respect to all attendees and presenters, including refraining from personal comments, using civility and keeping decorum at all times. Kindly silence all electronic devices during this in-person meeting.

Public Announcements, Reports & Presentations: Please provide any materials before the meeting for posting online by the NCO office. Note: The Committee provides recommendations to the Board, and the Board may take action on any agenda item at the Board's regular monthly meeting. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on the Board's agendas cannot be voted on unless allowed for under HRS 92, with a two-thirds (2/3) vote of this 15-member Board (9 members) to meet quorum requirements.

a. Next Meeting: The next Diamond Head/Kapahulu/St. Louis Heights Neighborhood Board No.5 regular meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the Ala Wai Golf Course Clubhouse and virtually via Webex.
