10 additional seats are available away from conference tables.

• Lecture Layout will seat 20 with equipment setup space allowance.

• Windows 7 Computer with 50 inch monitor
• Full Duplex Conference phone

Laser Color and Black & White Printing and Copying Center

• Print from your USB flash drive direct to printer.
• Print from internet or computer files. (computer usage extra charge)
• Copy from your original document.
• Automatic duplexer.
• Letter, Legal, & Ledger paper size available
• Self - service (for jobs too small to send out to professional printer,

yet too large for your personal printer.)

Pricing

Room Charge

• $30.00 per hour: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

• $40.00 per hour: Monday to Friday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Saturday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Sundays & Holidays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

• $25.00 additional charge for equipment rental when conference

room is rented by the hour.

Copying, Printing, Facsimile

• $.10/copy for Black & White printing or copying
• $.25/copy for Color printing or copying
• Ledger Size = 2 copies
• Double side = 2 copies
• Free hole punching and stapling while printing or copying
• Making Booklets: Setup charge base on individual quote
• Facsimile - $.20 per copy for local fax
