SALT brings together the highest-quality local ingredients. Our starting point is Hawaii's farms, fishermen, and purveyors. From there, we add an extensive wine list featuring unique selections from around the world, signature cocktails that make use of distinctive spirits and herbal liquors, and a variety of refreshing beers on draught and in-bottle.
