• Day Services: Center based activities and instruction including community outings.
  
• Respite: Temporary residential placement.
  
• Personal Assistance/Habilitation: One-on-one community based activities and instruction.
  
• Residential Habilitation: One-on-one support in state licensed and certified residential settings beyond the care and supervision typically provided.
  
• Skilled Nursing: Nursing assessments and intervention.
  
• Day Services for People with Acquired Disabilities due to Aging: Center based activities and instruction including community outings.
  
• Family Support for People with Acquired Disabilities due to Aging: Respite and
  
• companionship for families and care providers.
