• Oceanic Time Warner Cable Launches Speed Zone in Kahala Mall Area

Oceanic Time Warner Cable is proud to introduce a free service, exclusively for Hawaii customers. In selected areas, you can now connect to the Internet using your laptop and wireless card, via Wi-Fi technology.

Features and Benefits:

• Free Roaming - Limited to Hawaii customers (email and password required to log in).
  
• Connection Speeds - Broadband wi-fi connectivity via the Network.
  
• SMTP - Simple Mail Transport Protocol forwarding capabilities allow users to send and receive email using the Speed Zone network.
  
• Security - Speed Zone provides end-user authentication and billing/reconciliation for all hot spot users, preventing hackers and unauthorized patrons from using the Speed Zone network.
  
• OC16 Production Sites - You can visit us at OC16 production sites.

Log on to Speed Zone in 4 easy steps:

• Step 1: Turn on your laptop or PDA and open its Wireless Network Connection dialogue box.
  
• Step 2: Locate the Wireless Networks tab and enter or select Speed Zone as your wireless SSID connection service.
  
• Step 3: Launch your preferred web browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer).
  
• Step 4: Follow the Speed Zone log on instructions.
