• The MUVE - TV Show Gets Home Audience Up And Moving

The Easy MUVE-Along Show, airing LIVE on OC16 TV in Hawaii as well as on the internet features guest performer and teacher Safiya Om inspiring home audiences to get up and enjoy healthy exercise by spontaneously dancing along in their living rooms.

The MUVE Dance-Along Show invites viewers to use their TV as a physical activity promoter. The time is ripe for people to re-claim their freedom to groove without the constraints of complex choreography. It s a new paradigm, a waking up from sedentary couch potato life to experience the joy of improvised movement It brings health and happiness to bodies of all ages, shapes and sizes in the glorious moment of NOW! says Maggie Kunkel, the creator of MUVE.

The MUVE-along show airs every Monday from 8:00-8:30am HST.


The MUVE-along Show invites you to enjoy physical activity and loosen up at home or at work right now, right here with Tiny Tadani, Maggie and today's guest Safiya Om.

Safiya is a Performing Artist, incorporating Acting, Singing & Dancing. She's here with us to share her joy of dancing. She'll be doing a dance form which she calls Infinite Dance, a Universal fusion of energetic expression. Inspired by Polynesian, Oriental, African, Indian and Native dances, a spiritual and global fusion which goes beyond cult-ures encouraging self-empowerment, interconnected independence and Joy.~
