SIGN UP TODAY! Get ready for next season with Hawaii Optimum Performance. Focusing on strength, power, speed, and agility, HOP will improve your flexibility, balance, core strength and technique to prepare you for your next sport.
HOP Training is a comprehensive injury prevention system that integrates sports medicine, traditional strength training and functional movements to enhance the physical performance and fitness of our clients.

ACL Injury Prevention Training - This eight-week knee injury prevention program is designed to develop proper biomechanical movements and neuromuscular control through a comprehensive strength, plyometric and speed training program.
