• Beall Corp - Kan Zaman To Open Its Second Location In Kaimuki

Kan Zaman signs at 1127 11th Avenue

Moroccan & Lebanese restaurant Kan Zaman will be opening their second location in Kaimuki at 1127 11th Avenue above incoming Ichiriki Japanese Nabe Restaurant. Owners and chefs Kamal Jemmari and Youssef Dakroub have been delighting diners with authentic middle eastern cuisine served in an inviting atmosphere since they first opened their doors in Chinatown in 2013.

Kan Zaman, which translates from Arabic as "Once Upon a Time," serves lunch and dinner, including traditional favorites such as falafel as well as special dishes like badinjan mahchi. The restaurant boasts several Hale 'Aina awards and a 4.5 star rating on both Yelp and Tripadvisor.

1127 11th Avenue, located in the heart of Kaimuki's business district, is a three story, mixed-use office and retail building that is owned and managed by Beall Corp. The area features many established restaurants and services and is a hub for East Oahu diners.
