Kaiāulu Lecture Series: Ka'ahele Ma Waikīkī with John Clark
April 16th, 3pm, Oʻhia Building Room 116
Tour of Waikīkī, is a 50-minute video that was produced for the Department of Education by award-winning videographer Ann Marie Kirk. The film is based on Clark's book Hawaiian Surfing: Traditions from the Past.

Hawai‘i Cook Apprenticeship Program
Over 200 back-of-the-house employees representing over 50 restaurants in Honolulu have taken part in this incredible program since it began in May 2017. This is an extremely rare opportunity to receive FREE culinary training and increase your level of expertise on the job. This program is designed to work around the busy schedule of a full-time restaurant employee.
Kupuna Education Center

Cooking Class: Good Morning w/Chef Alyssa
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Some eat cereal, some depend on pure caffeine, others who can plan a little ahead can make some of Alyssa's awesome breakfast dishes that are good for home or on the go.
In this class, Alyssa will show you how to make oat date scones, oatmeal ginger banana muffins, carrot cake breakfast cookie, a vegan tofu omelet, and time allowing, Alyssa will demonstrate an awesome vegan Benedict.
