Zumba
Every session is a big Zumba party! Zumba is a fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance moves, creating an exciting, exhilarating program. Zumba integrates the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to ensure you have a productive, fun workout. The dance movements are easy to follow (you don’t need any dance experience!) and will tone all of your major muscles, from head to toe, including the most important muscle of all – your heart.
Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. Registration is required. Come join the party and dance your way to a healthier you!
Required: Wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water for hydration.
Optional: Hand towel
Date: January 28 - April 10; no class the week of Spring Break: March 17 - 21
Day: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 4:45 - 5:30pm*
Instructor: Frances Hokama
Location: Kapi'olani Community College, Maile Building 101, Dance Studio
Course Fee: $80.00**
*Please arrive to class 5 minutes early to get settled. First song will promptly start at 4:45pm for a full 45-minutes workout.
