Saadia visits us from New York for these workshops that will introduce you to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, sister science to yoga, and the tools that can lead to optimal health and well being!

INTRO TO CLASSICAL INDIAN DANCE 7:30-8:30PM

This intro to Bharatanatyam, one of india's most popular classical dances from the southern region of Kerala, will include a demo of traditional and original dances by our teacher, Runjini Murthy, as well as instruction in the basic steps and movements that make up this intricate and breathtaking dance form.
This workshop is for everyone -- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

HENNA TATTOOS 6:00-9:00PM

Our friend and favorite Henna artist, the very talented Kiyomi, will be here to decorate you with a fabulous original design, hand drawn, to embellish your natural beauty! As Kiyomi says, she does henna body art for the joy it brings her clients and for the chance to create beautiful art.

Founded in 1999, Yoga Hawaii is one of Oahu's first yoga studios and offers authentic yoga instruction in various established styles of yoga and levels of classes to suit everyone in the community.

We believe that everyone can benefit from yoga and are regularly adding classes to cater to special needs. Here you'll find vigorous vinyasa and ashtanga classes for seasoned practitioners, to Yoga 101 for newbies, and workshops on yoga philosophy, alignment, and wellness from local and visiting expert teachers for everyone to deepen their knowledge!

Never tried yoga before? Have no fear! We offer a Free Intro to Yoga class every Friday night from 6-7:30PM with one of our excellent teachers. This is a great opportunity to try it out; even from the first class you will notice benefits that only deepen and increase with a regular practice.
